vigueur le 01.01.2023. Quels sont les principaux changements ? D\u00e9sormais, le capital-actions peut \u00eatre libell\u00e9 dans une monnaie \u00e9trang\u00e8re, pour autant qu'il s'agisse de la monnaie courante.&nbsp;<\/p><p>Il est \u00e9galement vrai que la valeur nominale minimale de 0,01 CHF par action est supprim\u00e9e et que la valeur nominale doit d\u00e9sormais \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 z\u00e9ro. Il sera \u00e9galement possible \u00e0 partir du 01.01.2023 - sur la base d'un bilan interm\u00e9diaire \u00e9tabli par le conseil d'administration - de distribuer un dividende interm\u00e9diaire (Interim Dividend).&nbsp;<\/p><p>Le droit des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s anonymes en vigueur jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent ne contient aucune base l\u00e9gale pour le versement d'un dividende interm\u00e9diaire. En principe, les comptes interm\u00e9diaires doivent \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par l'organe de r\u00e9vision, mais dans certaines circonstances, un contr\u00f4le n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire.
